Ciro Vitiello
Class 86' been in the kitchen since the young age of 16, Ciro had many experiences first in the family restaurant in back in Italy along with a bunch of independent pizzerias, and then abroad in Ireland and eventually the UK! He share a deep passion for food with Franco that helped them creating Viita ®! ​
He's the "hands on" and will guide you through the possibility with many videos and tutorial!

Gianfranco Dorigo
Having been involved in the hospitality sector since young age, Franco was always fascinated about food. He had a brilliant idea after feeling some discomfort eating pasta, pizzas, and literally anything made with wheat, so after a trip to India and a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor he decided to bring his own concept of flour back into the western world creating Viita ®!
